Confirmation classes for the 2006-2007 school year will start on Wednesday, September 13.
Confirmation Sunday for our future 10-graders will be October 15, 2006. Further information and detailed packets will be sent out to students in the summmer. This service will be strictly a confirmation service and will be held at 2:00 p.m. at the Downtown Trinity site. |
Next Year… We are going to kickoff our confirmation this year with a new twist and a whole lot of fun. This fall's confirmation program for 8 th and 9 th graders will begin on Wednesday, September 13. This will begin our Wednesday night (6:00-7:30) weekly classes. Our 8/9 grade confirmation retreat to Camp Omega will be sometime in the winter, likely the first weekend in March 2007. Reminder letters, sign-up sheets, and other information will be sent out to all 8 and 9 grade Trinity members in early August. However, all are welcome so please feel free to invite non-member friends along. If you have any questions please contact the church office at 386-9313. We pride ourselves on an excellent confirmation program, so we invite all friends and people from all over to join the fun of Get Real. |
10th Grade Confirmation Confirmation Sunday is October 15, 2006. Our confirmation retreat to Camp Omega is September 16-17. You NEED to be there. We will gather a few times, Sunday mornings, prior to Confirmation Sunday from 9:15-10:15. These sessions are mandatory Bible studies/reviews that will go with our Disciple Experiment curriculum. We will also work on the traditional faith statements and confirmation bible verses. Mandatory means, if you want to be confirmed you need to be there! No exceptions! You will be receiving an information packet in early August. |
PARENTS & ADULTS e will soon be looking for new small group leaders. You would be given your own group of 4-6 students and asked to commit for two years. You would help guide students as they explore the Scriptures and Lutheran Doctrine. Are you interested? We will have over 70 students in our program next year and we need all the help and support we can get. We will also need parental support & chaperones for our confirmation retreats (especially Dads!) |
